What we collect
Information you give us
When you use the contact form or sign up for our newsletter, we receive what you type: your name, email address, company, and the content of your message. We use it to answer you and, where you asked for it, to send you email updates. Nothing more.
Information collected automatically
When you visit, our analytics and advertising tools receive technical data about your visit: pages viewed, approximate location derived from your IP address, device and browser type, referring website, and how you move through the site.
Cookies and third-party tools
This site loads the following third-party services. Each one sets cookies or similar identifiers and receives data about your visit:

These tools involve transferring data outside the country you are in, including to the United States. Google and Contentsquare each publish their own privacy terms describing how they handle that data.
Where the law requires us to ask before we track — the EEA, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland — we ask on your first visit, and none of this runs until you accept. Until then the Google tags load with storage switched off and the Contentsquare script is not loaded at all. If you decline, they stay off. Elsewhere these tools run by default.
The map on the contact page loads either way, because it is page content rather than tracking.

Why we are allowed to process it
Where consent is required for analytics, advertising, and session recording, we rely on the consent you give us and you can withdraw it at any time without affecting what happened before you withdrew it. Where it is not required, we rely on our legitimate interest in understanding how our own website is used — and you can still switch it off using the button above.
When you contact us directly we rely on our legitimate interest in answering you. For marketing email we rely on your consent, and every message has an unsubscribe link.
How long we keep it
Enquiries and the correspondence that follows are kept for as long as we have an active relationship with you, and afterwards for as long as we are required to keep business records. Analytics data follows the retention period configured in Google Analytics. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with the service providers listed above that make this site work, and only to the extent they need it. We may disclose data where the law requires it.
Your rights
You can ask us to give you a copy of the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, restrict what we do with it, or object to processing based on legitimate interest. You can also ask for your data in a portable format. Email info@gusty.ai and we will respond within the period the applicable law allows.
If you think we have handled your data badly and we have not resolved it, you can complain to the UAE Data Office, the federal authority responsible for personal data protection in the United Arab Emirates. If you are in the EU or the UK, you may instead be able to complain to the supervisory authority where you live.
How to control cookies yourself
Every major browser lets you block or delete cookies in its settings. Blocking them will not break this site. You can also opt out of Google Analytics across all sites using Google's browser add-on.

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be made clear on the site rather than made quietly.
