WHAT IT IS
Start with which work, not with when.
Most scheduling starts with a workorder and asks when it can be done. That works until hundreds of workorders are already overdue. Then the due date stops telling you much. Is the oldest overdue job more important than the one due next week? Priority does not answer it either, when most of the backlog sits in the same two levels.
GUSTY starts one step earlier. Which workorders do we want to execute, and why? The reasons are shown per workorder: overdue, repeated breakdowns, PM skipped last time, engineer recommendation, inspection follow-up, critical asset. History, notes and action log are one click away, so nobody has to dig through SAP before deciding.
Once the choice is made, scheduling takes one click. GUSTY shows the first days with free capacity for that discipline. The scheduler decides. GUSTY takes the admin.

Choose the work first
Start from an important workorder and find the capacity. Or start from a free day and find the work that fits it. Both are a few clicks, not a reshuffle across several screens.

Your site sets the ranking
You choose the indicators and how much each one counts. A recommendation from a monitoring system can be a hard deadline if that is how your site works. There is no universal ranking.

Keep unready work in view
Work that is not Ready to Schedule yet stays visible. If there is room on Thursday and an important job is still in preparation, the scheduler can ask the planner what is holding it.

Close the loop every day
The Today view shows what was planned. Each job is marked done, or the reason is recorded: higher-priority work, other jobs ran long, absence. Work that needs more preparation goes back to planning.

What to schedule, and why
Workorders waiting to be scheduled, ranked by score, with the reasons per workorder: overdue, repeated breakdowns, previous PM skipped, engineer recommendation, inspection follow-up, critical asset. Open one to see the first available slots. One click schedules it. Next to the list, the planned load per day for mechanical, electrical and instrumentation.

Ready work ranked by score. Work that should already be ready, with a direct escalation to the planner. Work scheduled too early that could free up hours. And Copilot signals, such as an engineer request that is not scheduled yet.

Swap and buffer work
Work scheduled well before its due date can be swapped for a ready workorder with a similar hours profile per discipline. Buffer work is marked, so it moves first when urgent work comes in.

Resources and crews
Technicians per discipline with their booked hours per day, public holidays, leave, courses, sickness and days on projects. Crews such as operations, scaffolding and insulation have their own capacity per day. When you pick a workorder, the days with room for it are outlined.

Gantt, board and job tickets
The week per workorder in a Gantt, with each workorder broken down into its operations. The work per day as cards, filtered by discipline or planner. The workorders of a day can be printed as job tickets.

Which scheduled workorders need scaffolding on which day, so the scaffolding work can be bundled.
